Ford of Ocala will exchange any Pre-Owned vehicle within 30 days or 1,000 miles driven from date of purchase. The exchange must be for another Pre-Owned vehicle of equal or greater value. Purchaser will be responsible for any difference in upgrade cost from original purchase price. Purchaser must have approval of their financial institution if financed. Returned vehicle must be in the same condition as first purchased, any alternations or damages will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Limited to one exchange per customer. Used vehicles that are sold "AS IS" are excluded from this exchange policy.
